| Service Description: | 12 independent living bachelor apartments co-located with a main office site * five residents can be supported by Providence Care via the Community High Intensity Treatment Team ( CHITT ) * all clients participate in a comprehensive assessment process to determine skill level and suitability for apartment settings | ||
