  • hot meals Mon-Sat, see hours for times
  • grocery giveaway Tue 12 noon
  • shower and laundry facilities Mon-Sat by appointment when possible
  • personal hygiene and clothing items Mon-Sat
  • harm reduction kit distribution Mon-Sat including walk-in counselling appointments with a Harm Reduction Worker Tue and Fri
  • information, referral, systems navigation and advocacy and case management support Mon-Sat drop-in, also available by appointment
  • computers, wi-fi, printing and faxing
