| Service Description: | Offer short-term, goal-focused case management services to adults living with mental health issues or challenges that impact their lives. Clients work with their community support counsellors to improve their quality of life. While most of the counselling support is offered on an individual basis, REACH services also provide weekly groups and outings. They also host special events which have been instrumental in creating a welcoming community for those who attend. | ||
